Joe is from Montréal Canada. Joe discovered yoga in 2009 in South Korea and since then has done over 500 hours in teacher training both in Costa Rica and Canada and has been teaching yoga for several years. With a background in Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga, Tai Chi, Kung Fu and various forms of meditation Joe offers students a unique approach to yoga that focuses on balancing smooth flowing movements with strength and stability. Regardless of age, physical limitations, degree of flexibility and experience with yoga, Joe offers adjustments to every individual student so that he or she can make the most out of their practice and discover how yoga works best for them. He uses precise and sensitive instructions to guide students through fun, exciting and safe classes that are accessible to everyone. In his own practice Joe has used yoga and mindful movement to help him calm his mind, reduce stress and find relief from physical pain and he wishes to share this fantastic tool with as many people as he can.
